Oat pancakes! 50 ml milk, 1 large egg and 1 big spoon full of Greek yoghurt, a little cinnamon! , friedapple and some blackberrys 👏🏻😍 roll up and a little drop of honey on top ! Something around 400 calories I would say, maybe less , 3 pancakes !
