I do have meal time. I keep feeling hungry after every few hours so I eat slowly and spread my food in small portions throughout the day

Do excercise every day and weight portions before eating. I suggest buy a kitchen weighing machine. As 1 cup brown rice size will differ basis the size of cup. Create calorie deficit for maximum impact

I use to take 1600 calories in day ..it's right to take this much...yaa I do exercise but not daily

Use weighing machine to weigh wat you are eating. Exact gramage in a bowl like when you weight vegetables in market before buying. That’s how you can keep exact track of calories. Without weighing machine it’s pretty vague and you generally end up eating more than actual requirement
