Weighing myself every day means I’ll have a lot of fluctuations from day to day, so I’m not concerned about these little ounces this morning. When I worked at a weight loss center a decade ago, we would have our clients weigh in 3 times a week and discourage daily weigh-ins. I’m choosing to do it every day, most of the time, because it helps with my accountability. I pray everyone is having a wonderful day and all have a fabulous weekend!❤️🌞🦋

I weigh in daily also, and it helps me see my graph as a downward trend without getting hung up on it looking like it was drawn by a 2 year old 😁

You are doing great and fluctuations are so real lol. If I miss my weigh in time I usually just hold off. Right now I’m just kinda staying the same, hoping for a whoosh soon🤗 have a wonderful day and weekend ☀️🦋 friend 💜💚

I weigh in everyday too, and it’s actually been a huge motivator. I respond well to accountability, and the scale is a tool I use to assess my progress - especially the downward trends that are graphed on my app!
