Lapband 4-1-13, not losing weight very fast, yet I am determined to make this work. I am down 25 pounds in the last 90 days....getting back on my protein and seeing a difference. I was a little misunderstood with this lapband, I thought the weight would fall off when you had the surgery but you really don't, you have to work at it, you have to eat a lot of protein to lose and I was not able to eat when the anesthesiologist paralyzed my vocal chord....eat slow and chew, chew, chew.....onwards and upwards!!
