Tried the Concept Two Rowing machine at the gym tonight. I felt it immediately and after 5 minutes, burned 50 calories. That's much faster burn than on the recumbent bike I've been using. 5 Min on the bike only burns 29 calories. I'll have to start using the erg more often and build myself up more. I feel it everywhere tonight after only a short session. I did do the recumbent bike for 10 minutes and did upper body weights tonight.
I've been trying more of the recipes out of the Atkins Diet, The Induction Phase Recipes and Menu Ideas. Also found a couple in The New Atkins, For A New You book. Good stuff!
