well,I did very well yesterday. In fact, I was no longer inexplicably ravenously hungry like I had been over the last 2 days. I came home in the evening after having only eaten 900 or so calories. But out of boredom and just feeling like I "should" eat something, I went ahead and ate. But at least what I ate were healthy selections instead of chips, pizza or fried chicken. So my calorie intake became around 1600-1700 which is a little over my target of 1600. I was actually tempted to stop and get something on the way home, after all it was Friday. But I remembered that I wanted to be excited about posting a journal here and I stuck to my guns. I'm so glad I did! This daily accountability thing really works!
