My weight loss journey hasn’t been a straight descending line. I’ve lost weight before and this time I approached it with a much different attitude. I haven’t told myself to stay away from anything, I’ve just worked Really hard on teaching myself moderation.Now, with that being said, sometimes instead of having one brownie, I’ll bury my face in the pan. That happened a couple of weeks ago for a week and I’m still getting that weight off. But you know what, it doesn’t send me into a panic and year long downward eating spiral anymore. I don’t scold myself and punish myself for it. In fact, even though two weeks ago I was only 8 lbs from my goal but now I’m further from it, I still feel really good!
