Back from our 'vacation' today. Nothing like watching how other people eat for a week to give you a little motivation. Was told by a certain person that Diet Coke was bad for me. Maybe it is but to then watch that person (who's morbidly obese) go ahead and have Skittles and Mountain Dew for breakfast put things in perspective.
