Go with the watch if it’s a Apple, fit bit or similar there pretty spot as for your phone we’ll they have never been reliable what it comes to counting calories, sometimes they lose connection, GPS etc.. or sometimes the setting are wrong we’re as your watch monitors heart beat etc.. so it’s pretty spot on especially if it’s one of the above 👍

It’s a cheap one but seems fairly accurate on steps. Thanks Paul appreciate you answering means I can tuck into me tea without feeling guilty 😂

Could your phone be in calories and your watch in kilojoules? It works outs roughly at the right conversion give or take...

you definitely burnt off more calories on a 4 mile plus walk. I use a pedometer app on my phone to calculate a more accurate amount👍
