Trying to make up for yesterday's faults today. Did 20 min. Zumba Flat Abs workout and 40 minutes of the Zumba Cardio Party. That should help. Also really trying to watch the calories extra close today after going so overboard yesterday. Haven't that blatantly ignored what I'm trying to do since I started this...but today will be better.
