Whew! I got quite the workout this morning. I ordered FitTV yesterday and recorded a couple of programs to exercise to today. I started with Shimmy and then moved onto Dance and Be Fit. I especially like the Brazilian dancing in the second show. I worked up quite a sweat just in the warm up. I can't wait to do it again and again so that I can get coordinated enough to keep up with them. I think it will definitely take some time. But at least I have finally found an exercise that I can enjoy instead of dreading do it.
