On the 26th I ate chess cake, 1slice yoghurt cake, bacalhau à lagareiro, fresh baked whole meal bread. 26-29th weight went up 2kg, from the 30th I started to loose.
96.7 kg Lost so far: 15.7 kg.    Still to go: 26.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
