New Measurements for this week. I have lost a total of 4.25 inches this week. Neck 15"..... -1" from last week Upper Arm 15.5"... - .5" from last week Chest 48"..... -1" from last week Waist 45.5".... same as last week Hips 54.5"..... -1" from last week Thighs 26.5".... -.75" from last week
I was able to fit into a size 18 jeans! Now I just need some clothes. I am melting out of them faster than I can keep up.
