I was expecting a bigger drop this week as have been walking the dog every day this week and not drinking but overall I am still moving downwards so I am happy.
I know if I was stricter about what I ate then I would lose more faster but I’d rather continual slow loss than the “quick, do a diet lose 5 pounds in week one” then give up week two and put it all back on again!
