Yes, i do it in the evening and leaving in the fridge till morning . Berries fruits on top later .

2 table or teaspoons of seeds?

2 table spoons . I do 2 puddings 300ml of milk and 4 table spoons of chia, adding 1 teaspoon honey 🍯 Mixing well, waiting few minutes, mixing again and then leaving in the fridge for at least 3 -4 hours or till the morning ! Enjoy 😉 add on top what you want :) any berries, fruits or just peanut butter
