Ok im doing great counting carbs and eating what i like!! <3

even having low carb iced cream and cheese cake!!!


i have noticed im eating a lot of fat.. i know i know... with atkins (the old book which im using) its ok... but i am trying to add more protein, less fat to my diet .

i also am thing about adding fiber pills.

love this site... helping soooooooooooooo much
