I just fried some ginger, garlic and a fresh chilli with 1 calorie spray in a pot. Then I added chopped Savoy cabbage and friend for maybe 30 seconds. I then added 6 king prawns, vegetable stock and let that simmer for 5 mins. Then I added the soba noodles for 3 mins and served with fresh coriander. Was lovely! Light but filling ☺️
