After a less than profitable (for weight loss) weekend, I had a great day to make up for it today. Good, healthy eating today, and I worked out for a total of 1 hr. 40 min. I started my official triathlon training today which included 40 min. on the bike, in addition to weights, floor toning and a 20 min. walk/ run tonight just b/c I was craving the exercise!
So a good start to the week and I am back on track!
