Time to throw this bacon on the griddle and get sizzling for the summer. Started treadmill time this weekend 25 minutes Saturday and 30 minutes on Sunday. Read an article in Woman's World that says three 10 minute walks are more beneficial than one thirty minute walk in helping lose weight. Hmm.. going to give that a go today. Already finished one 10 minute before work, ready to see how the rest of the day goes. All I know is that I feel like weeble and hate the wobbling as I walk.

God help me stay strong.
