Well it's been quite a few months now and I'm maintaining my weight, even though I am eating exactly what I want. I've been exercising so this must be why I haven't changed at all. I feel now that I want to lose again so have decided to use this wonderful tool to make another impact, hopefully. I do need to start watching my portion sizes again. After all, eating what I wanted is what made me fat in the first place, it didn't happen overnight. So here's to wanting that next size down more that that chocolate bar..
