3:56 pm: Irritated. Not sure why. Very sore from yesterday's jog/walk so I am not looing forward to tomorrow. Going to take my own advice and soak in an epsom salt bath and see if that perks me up.

I used to do that when I ran my marathon in 2007. It really does make you feel better. Rest up and ice because tomorrow is going to rock our worlds :)

UGH I know how you feel. I am used to walking but I added in some "on demand" exercises yesterday and now I feel like I just don't want to move! Thanks for the epsom salt advice...think I'll try that...ASAP!
