I'm up and happy to begin a new day.

I'm officially starting my diet today!!!

I feel pretty well prepared and am excited to lose this weight.

I can't wait until my challenges start next week...I'm really going to discipline myself.

Well, here goes!!!

I'm going to get this weight off before Christmas!

Well, I'm going to start my day by taking my 60 minute walk through my neighborhood with my 3 pit bulls...yes, I said pit bulls. They are great dogs and nobody messes with me when I have them with me. They're like a personal security system and so well behaved. They're my babies, all 3 of them.

This walk will be good for them as well, since they'll be able to get outta the house for a little while. Walking benefits us all.

Then, I'm going to do some type of work out on demand probably...just to try something new...

Then I'll be doing 100 crunches to get started on my belly...

And I have about 2-3 hours of housework ahead of me since i've been sick and unable to clean...

So, I have a very busy day ahead of me...so wish me luck...

I'm also going to start entering everything I eat and the exercises that I do on here...it will help me be accountable with myself...

Good Luck girl!! My house is a wreck from the weekend, not to mention the mountain of laundry I face each Monday morning.... I've done my 100 crunches, and I'm headed off to do my time on the treadmill! Congrats on getting down to business on the diet and exercise!! =)

Wow, you are starting with all of that exercise. More power to you! Shoot I just started my exercise regime. I did the one mile walk and biggest loser workout on demand and I was huffin and puffin....Good luck to ya!

Sounds like a GREAT PLAN for the day! Good for you.... there's a great saying that I firmly believe in: Plan to succeed or you'll be planning for failure. ;) Rock it girly!! Have a great walk w/them babies. =D

I did everything and I'm exhausted...lol...I TOTALLY wore myself out...can I go to bed at 6:30 pm?
