It's okay, livelifefullly. According to your name...that's what you were doing! Now lets look for some compromises (life's too short not to eat out). Stay away from useless carbs (no rice, pastas, breads, etc.). I try to only have two of the following: appetizer, dessert, or alcohol. Yes! it's tough. this past weekend I had all three but choose healthy opptions. For example, appetizer was seared scallops, entree red snapper, dessert mascerated peaches, and two glasses of white wine. If you go for heavier stuff just dont eat it all and try to stop when you're no longer hungry vs. being full (I have lots of trouble w/this also).
No worries. This is a process. Please don't be discouraged. It'll go back down. You can do it! Training for that triathalon will definitely get you to your goal.
