Okay! I've started working out. 40 minutes on the cross trainer....at a rate of 126 step per minute. And then I lifted weights.....wow! I didn't know that I was SO out of shape....I hardly have any upper body strength. I was REALLY wore out after my work out. I took a long shower, took my time getting dressed and sat in the lobby for about 1.5 hour before my ride picked me up for work.

If I didn't have a tooth ache, it would have been perfect. I'm thinking about doing it all over again tomorrow morning. This could be habit forming!!!

If you've never worked out or worked out this hard, consider going slowly at first until you get stronger. It happens in no more. No need to torture yourself with aches and pains. Then you'll not be able to work out as often as you like. And yes, it is addictive. But I couldn't think of anything better to get hooked on then exercising and taking care of my health. Keep up the good work.
