Happy Monday!!! Hope everyone had a great weekend. I got a new workout dvd and I really love it!!!! It really makes you sweat!! Did it last night- along with some weight training and the stretchy bands. Went out Friday night, did not do bad with the food- but did have 6 glasses of blackberry sangria- (I just love it, cant have just 1 or 2) but, good the rest of the weekend. Planning to workout tonight again...down .02 ounces..not much but I will take it!!
