hey everybody so i have been doing my Slim in 6 DVD and everyother day in the morning and then doing Revabs and then at night going to the gym. right now i am just doing meal replacement for my dinner and my lunch. i started that this week. so we will see how that will go for this week. Also i need to find a good scale they are so hard to find becasue i have been getting miss match readings...but we have to keep motivated and thru christ we can..
