Ok. Monday is the day. Gotta move, gotta try and do this C25k. Gotta do it. Calories were not so hot, but still a deficit, so a slight pat on the back to me. I do not want Monday to come, I want it to stay wonderful Sunday all week. Monday brings work, overnight stays with the grandmother ( she is bed ridden) and the hope that someone will rent my extra room in my office. I need help with the rent, but not at the expense of my hard work and good professional image. I wont have it. Here is to another week, I can not make it stop. Though I wish I could. I could live 1000 sundays and never have enough. This will be a great week,because I will make it so.
