Had a good workout today and am feeling really sore in my arms. I have been sore all week all over, I guess b/c I am pushing myself harder.

I did 20 min. of weights and then hopped on the bike instead of the elliptical today for training. I did 20 min. of biking which was 4.2 miles. I will need to get out and ride outside, but it was a good start.

My weight has been up a little from my 140 weigh in but my waist was an inch smaller than the last time I measured which is very exciting! I'm feeling good and looking leaner, so not as worried about the scale. I do expect it to go under 140 soon though I hope. I have gotten a lot of compliments with people saying they can really tell I work out, so that is great. We plan to eat out a few times this weekend, so that will most likely spell trouble, but I am going to enjoy my food but just eat is slowly and consciously!! Have a great weekend everyone.

Yeah! You're sore! Signs of progress all over! Good for you for not focusing on what the scale spits out. It looks like the numbers may go up and down all the time now that you're building muscle mass. You're well preped for this weekend. Good luck and great job!

thats so cool! idk where that pound goes when inches are lost... i don't want to know!! lol it will go away though and you will be in your new decade soon!! wooooohooo
