Hi guys I am starting Cabbage Soup Diet. I will do it for 7 days. most people proclaim that with this diet you might lose upto 5 kg in a week so what I am planning to do try it and update you with it.

كيفكم ، أنا بدأت اليوم حمية الحساء الملفوف و هستمر عليها لمدة 7 أيام. يدعي معظم الناس أنه مع هذا الحمية قد تفقد من وزنك ما يصل إلى 5 كجم في الأسبوع ، راح أجربها اخباركم شو صار كل يوم.
