Legs ache so much from yesterdays HIIT work out can barely stand lol, was going to go on a bike ride but binned it off and worked on the car instead better than sitting on my arse tho. Havent really felt hungry today which is good,think having a bowl of porridge for breakfast keeps me pretty full until dinner so i only have a snack for lunch.
