I can see the 24...somethings now... right around the corner! The scale finally moved down 3 lbs this week! :) I am really excited about working out, feel great this month even though I should be starting my period any day now. The last three months I have been feeling really emotional and cranky and extreme ups and downs around this time of the month. This month I have my vitamins all worked out, have been eating more balanced, and now am excercising fairly regularly. What a difference being healthy makes to my mood!

Looking forward to breaking into the bottom half of the 200's and then saying goodbye to them all together! :)
