I am going 3 days w/out bread. I've never been able to do that before, but I feel accomplished just knowing that I can. Today is my third day w/out bread, I am satisfied.
56.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
