Avocados....one of my favorite fruits. Unfortunately contains a lot of calories so I can't afford to eat them as much as I would like to but sometimes I just do not care🙂. They are also very good for lowering your bad cholesterol. Years ago when my cholesterol was tested as high as 7 I started to look at for a "natural pill" for lowering it and I found out that avocado is one of the best. So I started to eat approximately 2-4 medium avocados per week and in 11 months my cholesterol went down to 5.1 so I can say that it works(at least for me) 🙂 ! Avocado boat(avocado, cucumber, spring onion, chicken thigh meat mixed with fat free Skyr) with plum tomatoes, total 114 kcal.
