I did a bad bad thing--just look at the last two days of my diet calendar! I feel absolutely awful...I fell (and just before my weigh-in day too!). Boo on me :(

Move on. Tomorrow is a new day. I see someone had Pizza Hut this week. I gained a lb just thinking about it:)

Make yourself take a close look and try to figure out why you ate why you did. And girl, ANYTIME you want to eat something like that just think "I can eat this, but that would be just like taking it and putting it under my skin. How would that look?" Bad, right? You can live a healthy life! You deserve it! (And this is coming from the girl who used to order a large Tuscani chicken alfredo and a 10 piece boneless spicy bbq wings at LEAST twice a week. If I can do it, anyone can do it, and I truly mean that. WE DESERVE TO RESPECT OUR BODIES AND BE HEALTHY!)
