Missed y'all this morning. I was in a bit of a hurry. I woke up and did my video and then got the kids up and off to school and I was off to work. No time for FS this am.

I went to Curves yesterday and then did the 3 mile walking video in the evening. I was very pleased with myself. I kicked my son out of the playroom so that I could do my DVD last evening.

I finally got to bake last night. I made the breakfast cookies and the carrot bran muffins that Evelyn has talked about. I had bought the ingredients a while ago and my kids have been anxious to see what I was going to do with the baby food! LOL I like both recipes very much. I did not however, have the light sour cream needed for the frosting. I enjoyed them just the same.

I am hoping to see a drop when Aunt Flo leaves town!!!

Exercise is more important than FS and kiddie play time? YES it is! Good for you prioritizing! I'm sure Aunt Flo will take her heavy suitcases with her when she leaves!

I'm glad you enjoyed the recipes. That reminds me, I will have to bake up some more breakfast cookies soon. Those were a big hit with my daughter because they were convenient to pack in her bag to take to school. Great effort on the exercise front there! I'm sure that you will have a nice loss to report come weigh in day : )
