Baby steps, just remember your weight loss journey is a marathon not a sprint. You may take some spills but the victory is getting up and moving on. Forgive yourself, learn the lesson from your "pigging out" and move on. You are stronger than feel right now. Push forward.

But you are not. We all hit a wall when we are making life changes, be it weight loss are whatever. You and only you can motivate yourself and achieving your goal. Get online and listen to some self improvement video (Jim Rohn, Louise Hay, Wayne Dwyer)Take what you want and leave the rest. Again, YOU are stronger than you KNOW!!! Peace

Didn't you mention that you do Slim in 6? That's the workout I used to go from a size 18-20 to a size 10. I go to the gym now but, my workout dvds are my go to when I need to change up. Way to go on your progress!

It took me about 9 months to lose 68lbs. but I saw the inches shrink doing the Slim in Six before the weight fell off. This is why it is good to measure yourself as well as weigh. I'm up from my lowest weight but I now wear a size 8 in my pants. 5lbs of muscle is much denser than 5lbs. of fat. Hang in there!
