Is everyone else at a point where their weight just won’t go lower? I keep adding two pounds one week, then losing then the next and that seems to be a cycle! +2 -2 +2 -2. This week I did less exercise but was eating less calories so I thought I’d still lose! This week was a gain tho. I’m a really small person and therefore I don’t burn calories as quick as others. Very frustrating!!
