午餐:蒜香蜂蜜鸡胸金针菇、红薯
晚餐:红薯
加餐:威化、麻辣豆干

今天带的饭有点多,做了两块鸡胸,吃了一半,剩下的明天再吃
今晚练肩和胸,有氧爬坡
