And with this one I have met my first short term goal of 10% of my body weight. Overall I am eating better and I feel stronger. I am also less exhausted and I have more endurance (bc I am walking 3 plus hilly miles per day.)
99.3 kg Lost so far: 10.5 kg.    Still to go: 20.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
