早餐:肉松小贝、白桃燕麦酸奶
加餐:蟹黄瓜子仁、抹茶半熟芝士
午餐:蒜香茄子、鸡蛋干
晚餐:蒜香茄子、鸡蛋干

今天健身房开门,来练。我教练说我胖了,测了体脂了,量了尺寸,都涨了。今晚给我康复和拉伸了脚,跑步机爬坡半小时,跟我教练商量了后期的训练,定了目标,8月8号前,必须减掉35斤,体重下130,体脂率下20%!加油💪💪💪
