Finally weighed in after vacation. Up 2 pounds. Starting over again. Looked at a diet tweak, protein shakes ( 4 a day), three snacks and one sensible dinner.

I'm going to record it in for tomorrow and see how the numbers come out. Maybe I'll try it and see. The "Biggest Loser" protein whey are pretty good tasting. I tried one today.
