I started at 251 pounds January 1st. Now I’m 228 as of April 6th. I have been doing a low calorie diet. I basically eat around 1200 cal a day. I eat whatever I want candy and all. As long as it comes up to 1200 calories.

I really do not mind posting the photos because that’s a reminder to me of how I did not want to look. LOL :-) I actually look at my old photo every day as a reminder.

I calculated my calories by looking on the back of everything that I wanted to eat. However for me most candy is 250 cal. A payday is 240 cal in the score candy bar is actually 200 cal. The small bag of potato chips are actually 160 cal, popcorn is 140 cal, Filet mignon is actually 190 cal french fries are 100 cal and a sandwich on low carbohydrate bread is actually 160 cal, pickles are actually no calories at all.I also drink Coke and sprite zero as well along with a lot of water.
