I started my diet the same day as you, weighting 313 now i'am down to 275. I'am still not comfortable sharing a photo. But you look WOW! our photo made my day.

Don’t forget the extremely importance of adequate nutrition. Your immune system will thank you. You are on a roll and doing great but right now especially your body needs all the help you can give it.

Staying on the 1200 cal diet was hard at first. However, after about the third day became easy.

Yes, outside of eating 1200 cal a day also work out four days a week.
