运动量够大就行,以前都是天天去健身房锻炼2个多小时,最近就只能去河边跑步,一圈7公里。而且一定要提高基础代谢,基础代谢越高的人,消耗的也就越多,同样的食物、运动量,基础代谢越高的人,热量缺口就会越大。我的基础代谢一直在1700左右,在女生里面算高的了,要是男生的话2100以上的算高
