Hi guys, so I’ve made the decision I’m temporarily going to stop counting my calories, I’ll still be eating in portion control but I’m happy with how I look and my weight, I wouldn’t mind being slimmer and having a smaller waist but for now I’m content, I know hopefully I’ll still loose weight as I’ll still be eating less and working out but just losing slower and after the quarantine’s over I might be a bit stricter because I know pretty much the amount of calories everything has so I can keep a mental track as long as I reach at least 8st which is 112lbs I think I’ll be pretty happy and tbh from then it probably won’t be that difficult to loose another 5lbs. But for now I’ll just be keeping a loose mental track and working out and let’s see how that works. Also I hope everyone’s keeping safe and well❤️
