Fell of the diet wagon this morning, my job catered a box breakfast from Maple Street Biscuit Company, as a gesture of appreciation to staff during these difficult times. I grabbed the chicken and hash box, ate the entirety of the fried chicken 😖. But I did not eat any of the biscuits and only a bit of hash browns and cheese. So there went my full week of vegan dieting, lasted 6 days into my 4 week detox vegan diet 🤦🏾♀️. Well, nothing to do except start over. Salad for lunch, homemade lentil soup for dinner tonight, and get back on track tomorrow. I’m not going to beat myself up over this.
