Yea! I hit 140 this morning! This was my last low a few months ago until I had gone back up a few. So this makes 16 lbs lost since January!
I started a challenge to push myself this week with getting in 4 hours of exercise b/w M-F and with conscious eating and it is working. I also decided to head to the gym last night which is in addition to my regular work out schedule. Then I came home and put in 20 more min. on the floor with situps, leg lifts, etc. I have 55 more minutes of exercise to complete today to meet my challenge. I can do that! Now I just want to go down from here and not back up again! Hitting my goal of getting under 140 by the end of the month can happen easily now if I stay focused. I am aiming to hit it by my next weigh in.

Woohooo! Great news : ) Isn't it amazing what a boon exercise is to, not only weight loss, but your frame of mind? You WILL make your goal by month end - and more, I'm sure. Keep up the fabulous effort!

WOW! That is AWESOME! Did you exercise 4 hours per day? I need to be better organized to even get in a full hour! You are motivating me to get more serious! Thanks for sharing!

My goal was 4 hours of exercise for the week total, not per day! There would be no time for that with 3 kids! It was hard enough to get that in but I made it.
