Okay so still not 100% bit I'm feeling much better there are still some remnants of my cold but I think I am almost myself again. I'm going to try for insanity today it may not be my best workout but it will bring me closer to being normal. Today was also weigh in day and while I don't recommend it turns out if you are like me and don't eat when you're sick you lose weight. As of today I'm 227.6 I'm probable going to see some weight gain as I get back on track but its nice to see this number. Seriously eat people it is a much better way to lose weight gaining it back will be becasue my body will hold on to every cal becasue I put it into starvation mode I'm going to be playing catch up all week.

I know it's hard to get back on the bandwagon, but you can do it! Hopefully, next week you'll see the same weight (after eating again and working out), and hopefully you won't 'gain' anything back!
