晚餐:炖羊肉287g、凉菜50g、辣条50g
今天一直都很饿,下班回家看到老爸炖的羊肉,实在是忍不住了

我以前出去跟小伙伴下馆子的时候都会带着称去,后来被他们吐槽说我每次吃之前还要称一下重量,太影响他们食欲了,我就不带了,不过吃的时候尽量只盛一小碗,不往饱了吃
