我平时都是三个鸡蛋,以前只吃1个蛋黄,后来听人说蛋黄的胆固醇不会那么容易吸收,我就全都吃了。要是早上吃别的东西,我就不吃鸡蛋了。最近不想运动就先这么饿着,等健身房开门以后恢复训练,再加鸡胸和蔬菜
